Message	It was the increased spoke clearance induced by the offset change that resolved the problem, not the offset change itself. You could have the same effect by redesigning the spoke profile and leaving the offset alone. Caliper clearance is entirely dependent on the design of the spokes. Once a spoke has been designed to clear a given caliper, the offset can vary without affecting the clearance to the caliper provided the spoke design remains constant
